Lepaya

Building a design system that empowers how people learn, work, and grow.

Lepaya is a learning and development company that helps professionals and organizations strengthen their skills through blended training programs.
The challenge was to design a visual ecosystem that could communicate learning with clarity, energy, and empathy — while adapting to very different audiences: learners, HR and L&D professionals, commercial partners, and Lepaya’s own employees.

This meant translating the company’s purpose — “Upskilling people” — into a visual language capable of existing everywhere: from a presentation to an immersive event booth.

Design Scope

As part of Lepaya’s design team, my work spanned the full spectrum of graphic communication: branding, motion design, 3D visualization, editorial and marketing design, internal communication, and event environments.
Each piece had to express the same core identity — approachable, intelligent, and precise — while fitting its context and audience.

Audience-Specific Design

Learners

For the people participating in Lepaya’s training sessions, I focused on designing clear and dynamic visual materials that helped simplify complex frameworks.
Using Google Slides, Illustrator, and After Effects, I developed presentation templates, motion graphics, and diagrams that turned abstract ideas into visual tools for understanding.

Commercial Partners

For events and conferences, I created stand designs, printed materials, and branded gifts that reflected Lepaya’s spirit of growth and connection.
These projects included D mockups built in Blender and AR interactions with Artivive, as well as art direction for audiovisual productions and stage setups.

L&D and HR Professionals

This group was reached mainly through LinkedIn campaigns and thought-leadership content. I designed visuals and motion assets for social posts, reports, and guides covering trends in upskilling and learning culture.
I also explored 3D composition and motion experiments using Spline, bringing a sense of depth and dynamism to digital campaigns.

Lepayaans (Employees)

Internally, I designed playful and celebratory campaigns for Lepaya’s own people. From motion graphics and email designs to event branding, office décor mockups, and branded merchandise, these projects aimed to strengthen the company’s culture and sense of belonging.

Visual Direction

Together with the Design Team, I contributed to Lepaya’s rebranding process, helping shape the foundation of the company’s new identity and visual consistency.
We developed a flexible design system that could grow with the brand — creating templates, graphic assets, and layout rules that were later made available internally and through the company’s online brandbook.

Over time, the brand evolved while maintaining coherence.
The color palette was expanded to include two more neutral tones to better communicate with executive audiences, balancing professionalism with Lepaya’s signature energy.
We also introduced a structure of “Academies”, each tailored to a specific learner group — Young Talent, Professional, Commercial, and Leaders — adapting the visual language of presentations, campaigns, and reports for each profile.

Outcomes

My experience at Lepaya was an opportunity to bridge creativity and strategy — shaping how a learning brand communicates, educates, and grows.
It was about transforming complex goals into visuals that inspire clarity, engagement, and trust.
